Hopefully someone can help me. I have '99 1900sr. Radio is dead. I can not locate the Fuse pan block. If it's under the dash..I don't know how to access ot. I looked underneath, I took out 1 long screw but didn't help. Please help..thanks
mines under the front flip up seat on the starboard (drivers side). (the seat back if your sitting in the bow) if you flip up the seat its inside the cubby on the right side. i just changed my radio too but mine was dead due to the moisture, not a fuse.
