2004 2200 sr3

I'm looking at a 2004 2200sr3 on Craigslist
I' asked for more spec but if anyone has any insights.It's a fresh water boat.
No bow or cock pit covers or bimini.
I'm hesitant to buy the first model year of anything.
I have a Maxum 1800 SR but need a bigger boat for Lake George.
Any help out there?

Moved from 'Buy/Sell/Trade" to Sport Boats.

I wouldn't worry about the "1st model year" of a 2004. Graphics and some fiberglass changes aren't technological. Same engines and outdrives. As always, I strongly encourage a survey. Canvas is like tires on a car. I would be more worried about condition than things like canvas.

First if you are serious about any boat hire a surveyor. Worth every penny! Doesn't have something, more reason to knock the price down. Then get a canvas the fits your needs not the PO's.
