1800MX additional speakers

Hi guys I got a 2006 1800mx and am looking to install additional speakers up front. Doesnt appear to be enough space near the bow handles. Looking to see where others have mounted there's. Thanks

Have you searched the site under sport boats and electronics to see if you can find posts on your topic? I know some have posted although it may have been a different boat.

Have you considered the forward seat boxes?

I've gone through every topic in sport boats and searched for "1800mx" No topics directly related. So far the ideas I came up with are; In the walk through facing eachother, under the bow seats facing eachother, and above the bow seats near the handle, but they wouldn't sit flush due to the curves of the boat. Only planning on using 5.25" speakers. Someone else must have installed additional speakers whether they sound good or if they regret the location.

Doubt you will find your model but there are other sport boat sizes with this project.
