Can anyone tell me what model this Quciksilver control is please?

Not exactly but looks similar to the 3000. Except the lack of safety switch so it may be 2000.

What’s your concern?

The problem with it is, you can put into gear without pulling the red lever up and the up control stops working when the boat is underway. But the trailer button works when underway.
Thinking it needs replacing. Possibly generic and without changing cables.

The first issue is either a misalignment or worn detention. Any issues shifting into and out of gear?

The second issue could be a bad trim limit switch but could be the trim up switch wiring. You would need to verify this when it fails. Does the engine need to be running or does it fail just by shifting into forward?
