Default Replacing Speedometer by one with GPS

For my 1996 Maxum 2300 SR, as the speedometer is not working, I decided to replace it by one with GPS support (instead of diving in the boat to see where is the failure).
To do that I need to access to the interior of the instrument panel. Had a look to it this morning from the bottom and I really cannot imagine what to do to dismount things to access to the back of the panel.
I woul appreciate any help, photos, indications. Thanks in advance.

You can get access this from inside the closet , just remove three screws that hold the cover in place .
