Molds on fabric/carpet walls and re-upholstery on beds

Hi, I need some advices on removing mold spots all over walls in the back cabin. What do I remove them with? Someone else suggested to replace them all. I thought - hell - too much work!
Also, I would like to replace the fabrics on the mattresses - front and under cabin. Would it be better to have them re-upholstered or order the whole new sets?
This is for 1998 Maxum 2800 SCR.

I would try a mold cleaner spray from the local West Marine shop first for the walls. For the fabric on the mattresses contact Canvas Plus for a quote on the set.
