Default interior removal

I am a new owner of an older boat and new to the forum... I bought a 1993 2100SR Bowrider for a good price, but as one might expect needs some winter work...
I'm trying to remove seats and trim to recover and can't figure out how to remove the pads along the inside front of the open bow...(what you would lean back on if sitting on either side up front)
Can anyone help?

Welcome aboard

These are one of things were boat builders attach by screwing from behind before the upper half is mated to the hull. A long saw blade to cut the screws but you'll need to determine how to reinstall.

Post some pictures of your solution to help others.
