Default Interior Panel Replacement

A rather large section of my starboard interior panel on my 94 2000SC is rotted and will need replacing. The vinyl is in good condition so I can reuse that, but the lumber in the shelves and lower aft section are rotted and will need to be replaced before I can use the rear jump seat anytime soon.

The panel seems to be one piece and runs the length of the interior (forward to the dash, and aft to the motorwell bulkhead).

Couple Questions:
Has anyone tackled a project like this and what did you encounter along the way?
Can I replace a section of the panel, or will I need to replace the entire panel? (Approx 10ft?)
Does anyone know of a place in Eastern Massachusetts that does marine interiors (good, but reasonable prices)?

Thanks!
Steve
