Default How to clean outside hull

My 1998 Maxum 1900 hull has heavy oxidation (cloudy) . Tried several things to bring it back. What's the best way to make it shine again?

Wet sand, followed by compound, followed by something with a lighter cutting agent.

One of the best articles I've ever read on this topic. I followed it, and my 95 3200 SCR came out looking like glass. Lots of elbow grease, take your time.
