Anyone know where i can get the side hull decals for my 1996 3900scr?

OEM are long gone. You can find re-pops in vinyl on eBay if you're looking for the Maxum logo. If you're after graphics, striping, reg numbers or a name/lettering, there are a ton of vendors out there. I've seen Fast Signs franchises and BoatUS mentioned here.
