Dash board panel templates?

Hello.. Does anyone know a company in the US that has the Maxum dash panel dimensions and or templates? I'm looking to upgrade my ugly dark gray metal dash panels to a woodgrain- just cannot find anyone who can find the Maxum template info. I have a local laser cutting company to remake the panels but they want to charge $500 just to scan and measure all the cut outs, etc.
Any and all help would be appreciated!
