Talking Corsa through hull exhaust – with switchable diverters

About 80 % done.. Will update with more pics and video when done! And yes.. Cutting those holes is about the hardest thing I have ever done.. when everything in your head is telling you ‘THIS IS JUST WRONG!!”

And I thought I had problems trilling holes into the transom to install my trim tabs. THOSE holes are in a completely different league!

Looks good though, well done. Mufflers installed? Here in Va we can't run un-muffled exhaust at all.

Man you are KILLING me, by the pictures your boat looks to be a 2300SC...I just put a new 7.4 MPI, 375HP in my 2300SC last summer and just when the wallet ran empty I was ready for the Corsa exhaust. My previous boat was a 74 Glastron with a balanced/blueprinted 351 Cleveland pushing about 425HP with Corsa exhaust and she sounded GOOOOOD!

Can't wait to hear a sound clip of yours.

Are you running a 7.4 also?
What kind of RPM's do you turn WOT if you have a 7.4 also?

Don't forget the sound clip for us gear heads when you get her finished.

Thanks for the complements everyone!! I'll have video of it running both inside and out (and on-off) after this upcoming weekend, assuming my additional parts come in....

Kind of proud of this one.... done tons of car stuff in the past, but they don't sink....

That is going to be a head turner at the gas dock. Better get some chrome and LED's in the engine comp. Everyone is going to want you to pop the hatch.

Thanks, I actually think it sounds way better on the water…. In the drive way, there is no back pressure from the lake or river and because of the way the diverters are designed much the exhaust still dumps through the outdrive.

Crack open that 4 barrel under a load though and WOW, you know she’s coming! Best part is, with the flip of a toggle switch, she’s quiet as stock again

Several friends and I are going to Lake McConaughy July 8th for a week. I hope to get some more video of her moving then.

Congrats on the successful installation. Your hard work paid off and you've also set up a good example.
