Default Changing out the captains chair

Does anyone have suggestions for raising/replacing the captains chair on the 2300 bowrider? I am 6'4" and feel they are a little low for me not to mention a little small. Has anyone changed it out for a taller bench or leaning post? It seems like that could be an easy mod.

I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks!

Welcome aboard

Multiple posts of the same question seldom helps.

Is this a chair on a pedestal? If so you can either raise it by putting blocks between it and the deck or maybe find a taller pedestal.
