Default 92 1800xr seating replacement

Picked up a used 1992 1800xr with 90hp force engine. Solid hoary but a few things bug me.

The port side back to back seats were replaced with seats that may as well not have a cushion.

There seems to be a special base built in oem with these. Can I buy any back to back at the right size and change the system around to fit this base? Also any way to replace the plastic rails the seats ride on? This one is pretty shot there too.

Another idea I had is to replace the driver back to back with a single high back pedestal seat, however the oem base has me concerned on what I will find if I pull it out. Anyone been there?

Welcome aboard

I'll defer to someone who knows this boat model.

i have the 1992 1800 and was thinking of trading back to back for pedestals, especially now bc i just noticed the original raised area the b2b sit is rotten
