Boating season starts???

Well we got temp in the mid 70's to low 90's!
So I uncover the boat and start getting it ready to slash! So far good start have engine running and notice a minor leak in cooling hose,no problem just tighten the clamp! Then wife calls and needs to go to Dr.
Two weeks later and now I have what she had, but not all is lost! Temp in the high 30s to low 60s!!
So cant go boating anyway!
Just hope I don't have to drain everything again so it don't freeze!!
Cant believe it mid May! Who said Cal weather was always mild!
To all out there that are having warmer weather and are boting or about to splash for the season I wish you all a happy and safe season!!
Oh well there is hope for next week!

I feel your pain Don, got the boat running, cleaned and waxed then cold weather and rain. Today was 70's and sunny but winds in the high teens and gusts in the 20's. Being Mother's Day I took my mom to church and brunch. Oh well there's next week.

Wife is feeling better so that is a plus!
Friends came over to take our house guest out for a nice lunch today!Locked myself in bedroom as not to give them this crud!
Now that I am through complaining have a good night and stay safe when you get out on the water!
