Need swim ladder step pad

My 2004 2400SD was missing a swim ladder step pad insert when I got it. I've tried to find one on every site that I can think of with no luck.

If someone can point me in the right direction, or has one that they are willing to part with, I would appreciate it. It measures approx. 1.5" x 7.5".

I believe that ladder is made by Windline. I did a quick google search for Windline Boat Ladder Parts and got a number of hits. Here’s one-

The length isn’t a match but I’m sure you can cut it to fit. Some more googling might get you an exact match. Good luck!
