Need interior seats and fold out engine cover/table

I think what biggerseagar was trying to say, was that at 21 years old, there probably aren't a lot of OEM parts around for your boat. You may want to look at the selection of universal seats available through retailers such as Overton's and West Marine.
Another option is to consult a local upholsterer for repairing the seats and the table.
