I have the letters off my 1995 Maxum Ski boat. Missing a "U" and a "X" is damaged. I painted them gold but taking them off so the boat will be easier to clean. The are about 3.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide. Asking $55 and I will pay shipping. Do not want to sell individually, only as a set.
What did you use to remove the old backing that they used to stick them to the boat?

I took all of mine off as 2 of the Ms where broken, used paint thinner to remove residue but got to cold here to finish, will complete in spring.
