Lumitec ... all the high end boats are running them these days. They make the nicest stuff out there IMO but you'll pay for it. I put their blue/white dimmable dome lights in the radar arch of my 3300 last year, and they are awesome. Spendy, but awesome. They have rotating stainless rings that dim the lights and change the color.

If they are too pricey, pretty much any 12 volt RV or boat cabin lighting will work, found on Amazon, RV suppliers (campingworld, etrailer), boat shops (defender, west marine, wholesalemarine), etc. Recommend you upgrade to LED for the reduced power draw regardless of what you choose.
