Would help to know where you are at and how cold it is there. I would remove all drain plugs to ensure there is no water. Air won’t freeze so leave it drained.

IF the engine was up to temp, I'm surprised that water came out and not propylene glycol. Was the thermostat open when you ran the propylene glycol thorugh?

5 minutes may not have been long enough depending on the air and city water temps. Did the helm temp gauge reach full operating reading?

Potentially, i would remove the engine block drain plugs now to drain it out. If antifreeze comes out you are good if water you’ll have to wait and see. You can leave it drained as air doesn’t freeze.

I agree with mike. Hopefully antifreeze comes out. If not you will have to wait till spring. Where in mass are you and what do you have for a boat. I also live in mass. If your not to far away i could help you with winterizing boat. Keep us posted. Btw I'm in greenfield,ma about 35 miles north of Springfield.
