Default Where do you grease alpha1 lower unit

Hello everyone.
New to the forum but was looking for some info on a 1999 maxum 2300 sc. Where and how often should you grease the lower unit. I found one grease fitting for the gimbal bearing on the right side about half way down but no other zert's. Boat stay's in the water and I'm pretty sure there are more fitting's for the pivot's etc. just not sure where they are any help would be app. Thank's Howard

welcome to the zoo...on the transom ring there is only one zert fitting...on the inside of the boat at the u-joint there should be another zert fitting....that's about it.......

Mercury or Quicksilver (same people) makes a special grease for that called U-joint and Gimbal Bearing grease.

Don't mix your ourdrive with wheel bearing grease, its different..
