Starboard Windshield Wiper no working

My starboard windshield wiper (only one wiper) stopped working today on my '04 2400SE. Tried chasing the wire from the switch to the motor but it is not connected to the buss bar. Used the spare switch and attached all wires and no go on the alternate rocker switch. The color of wire is pink with black stripe. Removed the panel for the motor and applied 12 volt to it the wiper works.

Is there 12V at the wiper switch?
If yes ohm the wire at the motor back to the switch and the ground wire back to ground buss bar under helm.
