Shower screw danger

I know the title sounds good but today whilst out on the boat one of the kids bumped the wall and complained of being spiked ( nearly at head height) with some investigation I found the trim nearly holed, turns out the screw from the shower curtain retaining clip is way longer than required, with a screw driver and a pair of pliers I have shortened the screw and all is well, have taken pics it may be worth checking you own, mine is the 2002, 3500 SCR
