Where would I look to find the "remote oil drain" on a 2001 2500 SCR???

It should be at your drain plug at the back of the boat if equipped.Unscrew your plug and pull out the cable it is connected to a hose with a plug in the end of it just open it and drain your oil.

you probably don't have one....they started installing those around 2003.....

if your engine oil pan is accessable ..you can pull the oil plug and install one ..it's pulled thru the butt plug when you pull that out....then you just warm the engine up and pull the oil thru that hose....

otherwise you pull the oil up thru the dip stick tube....
