Painting a panel top bezel on Maxum 1800

Hi looking to refurbish the instrument cover on my boat.

What type of paint would you use to paint a boat panel top bezel (instrument cover)?

If someone have done it I would be interested to see before/after pictures.

Try doing a search on this site using the search tool. I believe there was a post from someone who did this and it involved using autobody filler to fill the cracks first the paint.

What is the material? It looks like marine vinyl.

Not sure what the material is, so it might be marine vinyl as you suggest.
