Default Painting

I'm thinking that I would like to repaint my 1990 maxum 2700 scr .I'm not sure what type of paint I should use . The paint will be above water line and the boat is bottom painted already . I've read that a good automotive paint would work very well and a two stage base coat/clear coat. Has anyone painted there's

Painting fiberglass is common. I would look at awlgrip products:
