I've had this boat for a few weeks and the pristine vinyl seats are not so pristine. This must have happened out last time out but I can't think of what would have caused it. There were no spills to my knowledge. It seems to have almost blistered. I've tried Meguiar's 57 vinyl and rubber cleaner and serious shine. Both to no avail.
They look like an oil stains. I had few of them in the past and believe it or not they went away by them self. I believe they disappeared because of the sun exposure.

The sun can bleach out stains so yes I believe it.
