Default Mercruiser Service Manual #31 and #37

Hi,

I just bought a 2003 Maxum 2100 SR with a Mercruiser 5.0 MPI. I'm looking for the manuals for this thing. From my research, I believe I need Mercruiser Service Manual #31 and Service Manual Supplement #37.

Anyone out there have it on pdf. I found the actual manual, but the sites want like $50+. Ideally, I'd like to download the pdf for free, but any help/suggestions are welcome. I attached a picture with my serial numbers on them to hopefully confirm which manuals I need.

Also, do I have an Alpha or Bravo sterndrive, and which version?

So I found this website that is extremely helpful in downloading free manuals. The one downside is that you can only download 50 pages at a time. So you have to use Adobe DC Pro or equivalent and then combine them all to create one complete pdf. I was able to download Service Manual #28 and #31 that seem to be potentially what I need. I'll upload them into the documents area of this site.

While we don't have either of those manuals under Documents there is #24 which should cover anything you would need to know about your engine. I believe you have a Bravo 3 but a picture of the drive will confirm.

I uploaded the manual yesterday but I guess a moderator needs to approve it.

Got off work and looked over the drive and it looks like I have an Alpha One (maybe gen2?). Posting screenshots if anyone can help me confirm. If that's the case, it should be #14 manual which I already downloaded from the documents library.

Yep Alpha 1 Gen 2.

No moderator required; the site is slow and doesn't allow you to up load between documents quickly you need to wait a few minutes and try again.

To my knowledge, Mercruiser Service Manuals are copy write protected.

Interesting, I found the pdf on the Rinker site. It is the version published in 2000. I am surprised that Mercruiser charges ~$40 for a manual and didn't copywrite it.

I uploaded #31 service manual. Looks like it needs mod approval.
