Default Macerator Pump Location

I have just purchased a 96 Maxium 2400 SCR - It is in great shape less than 200 hours and well maintained. Please help me out with the location ot the Macerator pump switch? I have looked everywhere without success..........

Maybe shrew will make this four year old thread and your question seperate.

Your two mac buttons should be on a panel right below your gear shift.

I hope you know that that it is illegal to dump waste into a body of water in the US and coastal waters.

Get it pumped out instead.

Hope this helps.

Default masorator switch

Thanks for the advise on the switch location

I am on the southern calif. coast, I am aware of the inland water and harbor regulations regarding dumping of anything be it bilge water or holding tanks.

Mike the 2 rocker switches are on the lower righthand side of the helm. Is you boat equiped with a macerator? Mine is not but has the switches.

Roger BTY this thread is 4 years old, and I was told my math is bad ;-)

Mike, your best bet is to inspect the holding tank. There will be a sanitation hose that goes from the holding tank to the macerator, if one is installed. The macerator connection will be on the side of the tank towards the bottom.

Waste tank is in the engine compartment on starboard side.
