Default Little hose from the transom to the out drive

Where does the littles hose that runs with the main hose go to on the drive or does it?

Sounds like the speedometer tube. That attached on the leading edge of the outdrive near the hinge. Look where the hinge opens up when the drive is all the way up.

When we're talking about "Little Hose and Big Hose", what are we actually talking about here? The shift or exhaust bellows would look small as compared to the U-Joint Bellows for example, as would the water intake hose. The one about the size of a pencil is the speedo tube.
