how to acces screws for seats

A quick question. does anyone know how to access the screws that hold the outside seats down. I have a 1999 3000 SCR, so think they are accessed from the deckhead in the rear berth. Question would be how do I remove the deckhead panelling. I'm taking all my seats out to redo them. Thanks

I don't know when Maxum started using this installation process but our outside seats just slide off little brackets. You just lift straight up for the back ones and pull outward on the bottom one.
