Behind the seat back in the bow on the driver's side. The seat back is hinged and lifts up.

I have a 2000 1900SR which is the same boat. Happy to answer any questions.

I have searched everywhere for the fuse block and can't find it on my 2003 Maxum 2500 SCR. Currently, the water Pump doesn't work and neither does my Navigation. I've scanned through here and realize the Fuse bay below the steering wheel is push button but that does nothing to change anything. Where to I find the Fuses to change them. A picture would be great! Thanks in advance...

Rather old post, not sure if any of them are still around. The push button things a circuit breakers. Newer boats uses them and not fuses for the most part. Are any labeled and if so do they match what isn’t working? If so I would use a voltmeter to test the breaker as they can go bad.

They are labeled. I tried the ones designated. Navigation/ Garman and water pump. I've pushed them in but nothing changes. Do I need to remove the board(below the helm steering wheel) and look behind it? would this be where I can voltmeter to test? I assume this is what you mean by breaker.

Yes a breaker is a resetable device where a fuse must be replaced. Behind the panel is where you’ll have access to the connections and can verify power with a voltmeter. You will need to find the negative buss bar to use as reference for making the measurements, there should be one under the helm behind the access panel.
