fridge not working 3000scr

I bought a 2000 3000scr this spring and the fridge hasn't worked since I bought it. Its a norcold DE-451. When I turn it on the green lights comes on and it makes a normal noise for a fridge but it doesn't get cold. Its the same on ac and dc. Any suggestions before I buy a new one?

take it out and have it serviced....a fridge tech can repair it...beats buying a new one.....
