Default Didn't get to take her out!

Hey all,

Last year went through and fully winterized. Oil changes, lube changes, etc.

Unfortunately she got driven to the dock and that's about it. As for winterizing this year should I go through and do a full winterization, or should I just replace the gear lube?

Take care!

Sorry you didn’t get to use her. Not sure I would worry about the gear lube but you need to flush the engine and fill with antifreeze.

Any other systems that need antifreeze? Freshwater, head,...?

If the boat was driven back to the dock, then the engine is no longer winterized. If you live in a climate where you get hard freezes, then the water in the block can freeze and expand and damage the engine and raw water system.

If you only put an hour or so on the engine since the last oil change, you could probably get away with not changing the oil and lube.
