broken leather on seat

Hi to all.

I am new boat maxum 2600SC 2006. Front bench leather need to be replaced.
How to take it off. From inside aft, there i cant find any screws.

and windows hatch is broken, any sugesstions how to fix?

The seats a vinyl not leather. Typically there will be screws from underneath, you need to search around in the headliner for screw heads.
