David welcome aboard.

I am assuming you are referring to a breaker for a windless, is it factory or aftermarket installed?

It can vary but places to look are the anchor locker, engine compartment, or at the helm near the rest of the fuses or breakers.

If all else fails trace the positive cable from the windless back to the battery and the breaker will be in between.

Generally, they try to put that breaker as near the battery as possible. In my 3000, it is in the storage compartment next to the wet bar, along with the battery switches.

Kev I agree with you the breaker is to protect the wiring so it should be near the battery. In some cases a separate battery is mounted forward near the anchor locker, hence my question if factory to aftermarket.

Attached is a link to theowners manual for your boat, the breaker is near the battery switch in the engine compartment, port forward side. See page 87.

David, I'm guessing English isn't your first language. Where are you from?
