Default 98 2100SR Floor door replacement

Hi all.
I have a rotted out floor ski locker door. Any recommendations on replacement or reconstruction?
I have all hardware and may need new teal carpet as well.

Welcome aboard Recluse Ken!!!

Make one out of teak. That is a classic look.

That's a good idea. I wonder how it will look with the tan/teal interior. I have teal carpet throughout.

Welcome aboard

Another material is starboard, more costly but no maintainance. Wood working tools are all you need.
