Water pump,Hose assembly with drain for 5.7 L

Hello all, any info on how to replace the water pump hose line with part 32-861590A05, I removed the old hose and ordered the updated hose from merc, but I can't find a way to install it, it is hitting the fuel filter and can't find a way to get it on. 5.7l , 2bb , alpha 1 gen 2
