Default Rear Panel to access starter

I have a 2000 1900sr and need to replace the starter. I have voltage to the starter and voltage at the signal wire when turning the key. The starter did get wet. My question is how to remove the rear panel to more easily access the starter.
Thank You
Cheers

Welcome aboard

Did you first verify the voltage is good on both large terminals if the slave soleniod when cranking?

What engine do you have?
