Default Pumpout Fuel Tanks

1999 3000SCR. Finishing up a complete re-power and find the port tank is loaded with water. I will be tracking down the source, but wanted to post a question regarding the best method/equipment to remove ~30-40 gallons of bad fuel/water from the tank.

IMO hire a company that does this. That's a lot of fuel to remove and dispose of safely.
