Default Outdrive

Does all the water drain out of the outdrive when it is lowered?
I always drain the exhaust manifolds and elbows as I have a half closed system.
We are going to be moving to a place that it drops to sub freezing temps.
Thanks in advance for any and all info.
Don

The drive should fully drain as there are weep holes to drain the water above the raw water pump but the raw water in the HE, manifolds, risers and hoses will need to be manually drained.

Thanks Mike
That is what I thought, I drain the manifolds and the raw water side of the HE when I am not going to use the boat for a while.
Moving to a colder location and will be storing the boat in a pole barn that is not heated.
