Rick,
I was thinking about this (and it hurt, just a little ) the jasper engine was probably a rebuild only was a long block which didn't include any tin (oil pan, valve cover, timing cover, balance) work so not sure they can help. I believe the timing cover and balance marks are TDC (0 degrees), therefore you can get a timing tape from summit racing that you apply to the balancer and it will give you 0 to 60 degrees marks.

Note: must align 0 on balancer and tape. Also must verify tape is for the diameter of he balancer you have i.e. 8"
