work..
take the starter off and go to an auto parts store..they can test if for free usually....as far as anything else...check all of your battery and wire connections to make sure they are clean and free of corrosion...if they get corroded..they could cause the starter to not fully engage...
the risers are pretty straight fwd...a bunch of bolts and it will just about fall off the engine...hope it's nothing serious....good luck
