oil pressure sending unit

I was wondering if there's a way to cross ref a 2001 Merc 7.4 oil pressure sending unit to an automotive unit (that could be found at an auto part store). I've got to replaced both on my 3500SCR because they are rusted out pretty badly.

it's a standard 7.4 ltr big block oil sending unit...nothing special since it's a chevie big block....just go to your local napa store and tell them you have a big block and need an oil sending unit....

Thanks for the welcome and the tip! I figured being a Chevy it would take standard parts...I'm located in Charleston SC.
