Default new mpi engine

I bought a 1988 1900sr three years ago. Unfortunately the motor died on me a few weeks ago. Starter went and then discovered loads of water in the motor. Cracked block! When taken apart, it revealed a multitude of old sins like different seize pistons etc. Anyway, have just replaced the old engine with a new 4.3 mpi. Can't wait to see and feel the promised difference! (Had to mortgage my house to buy an engine - cannot believe how expensive these imports are in South Africa).
