Default Maxum 2400 sd Spark plug replacement

I am a semi new Maxum boat owner and am wondering how to change the spark plugs because my boat wouldn't turn over/ start and the only thing i could think of was it needing new spark plugs

Welcome aboard

Does the engine crank and not start or no cranking over at all? Is the kill/run switch in the run position?
