Default Engine removal 4100 scb command bridge

Hi there anyone know the process of pulling the port engine out of 4100 scb command bridge? 370 Cummins power might be able to get a crazy deal on a 4100 but one engine needs some love and has to
Come out. I currently own a 3488 with twin 250 Cummins I’ve rebuilt one of those already and I’m curious on the pull of the 4100 being in the galley floor it’s a bit of a scare:.: can u go through back door with a propper boom with winch and get enough clearance to get out door and above back deck ? I’ve never worked on a boat with engines under galley floor. I’m pretty handy just need to know if it’s even possible or do you have to o major structural work just to get engines out on this Vessel. Kinda will reflect me taking this purchase any further any thoughts previous experiences with a refit f this kind with this vessel much appreciated
