Unhappy Alarm when at cruising speed

Hi all,

I'm a new Maxum 2500 SCR owner. Noticed an alarm starts sounding when I get up to cruising speed 20-25knts, then stops when I slow down to 10-20knts.

Engine oil pressure is fine, temp is fine, gear oil is fine cannot seem to locate the problem, any ideas gratefully received!

thanks,

Phil

The temperature alarm uses a different sensor that the helm temperature gauge, try disconnecting it to see if the problem goes away. It should be located on the thermostat housing opposite of the helm sensor, tan wire.
