7.4l hydrolock/Poor winterization? 2000 maxum 2800 7.4l

On my first run this season my exhaust manifold failed and my motor went to pot.The boat ran for about an hour before the manifold failed and delivered water to cyl#2.
I had the boat winterized by a facility I never used before.Is there a possibility it wasnt winterized properly? The boat has less than 200 hours!

that's really hard to point too....could be a failed exhaust manifold gasket...flapper valve...cracked head...wouldn't know until someone got into the engine and checked out what failed.....
