Default 3000SCR engines shredding serpentine belts

Both of my 5L are shredding belts. Anybody else see this?

Check the alignment of all the pulleys. I have see the raw water pump out of align cause belt wear.

The raw water pump is a little out. Do I need to replace the bracket. The pump works and everything is tight and no wobble

How do I align the raw water pump better. It’s hard mounted.

Most likely the bracket is bent from over tightening the belt.
